I bought a box and got a wooden block! But then I found the secret droor!!!ππ
good quality, arrived in time.
Very pleased with my purchase!
Beautiful box. Will shop here again.
customer service was so fantastic! Got it with plenty of time! The box is beautifully well-made and you could tell it's handcrafted from gorgeous material
The sticker adhesive was still on the box which means they bought it in china, took off the sticker. Wrapped it pretty and sent it out. Nice product but disappointing
Hello Windy, I don't frankly know which adhesif you mean, but I assure you that china doesn't have thuya wood to start with ! thuya wood and its burl that we use is a very rare type of wood that is exclusive to the Atlas mountains of Morocco and all our items are 100% handmade in Morocco. Thank you
Once you've opened the item a few times, it's obvious how to solve the puzzle.
The item opens, but not completely and the internal compartments look super cheap, a stark contrast to the outside of the jewelry box. I will be returning this one unfortunately.
a super fun gift that is visually appealing as well. definitely giving this away as a part of our company's privacy campaign!
USPS has a history of slow or botched shipping as this item took 8 days to pick up and scan in but 2 days to ship thereafter.i would recommend another means of shipping.
Very nice . Just small ..
I got this as a stocking stuffer for my partner to put other little gifts inside of. Itβs beautiful, incredibly well-crafted, and smells so good! I would DEFINITELY watch the video of how to open before gifting, because you may need to step in to help.
Only thing is there were a couple small chips in the box which is disappointing, but you have to be really looking for imperfections to see them.
Box was gorgeous and felt high quality, especially for the price point. Worked as described, very fun puzzle box. Customer service was awesomeβI had to update my shipping address after ordering and they were very responsive/helpful.
Good product. Should just include instructions for gift recipient.
Love it
Thanks so much
Very pleased with the quality
very nicely made and it smells amazing (i love the smell of wood). itβs a great gift for someone and makes it hard to open as you have to find it. thank you!
The best block since Legos.
Beautiful box and quick delivery!
Yemma was so quick to respond to questions and very helpful if guiding me to the right decision. The box arrived very quickly and is beautiful. Now I just have to figure out how to open itβ¦.π
