Returns

Return Shipping
- If your item arrivesΒ damaged,Β defective, or if we sent theΒ wrong item, we will provide aΒ prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- If you are returning an item due to aΒ change of mindΒ and there is no issue with the product or our service, theΒ cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away atΒ contact@yemmagoods.comΒ so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items bought during a sale except if they arrive damaged.
Exchanges
We do acceptΒ direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us withinΒ 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we can process the exchange for the requested item, subject to availability.
Exchange shipping costs are subject to previous "Return Shipping" policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.If approved, your refund will be issued to yourΒ original payment methodΒ withinΒ 10 business days.
