The thuya burl wood jewelry box is beautifully crafted and arrived sooner than expected. Thanks!
Itβs a beautiful item. The only issue was shipping. I ordered from this company because it said it was a Boston company, I live 20 minutes from Boston so I assumed it would get delivered relatively fast. I followed the tracking & it appears itβs not local .
Wow! Just wow. I bought this jewelry box for my boyfriend for Valentineβs Day and he absolutely loved it. It is such great high quality and the most beautiful craftsmanship Iβve seen. Yemma was extremely helpful and ensured that I would get it on Valentineβs Day and they upheld that promise! Would definitely recommend!!
$200 jewelry box arrived broken. The four wooden pieces that hold up the inner shelf had come unglued and rattled around inside. The front-faced keyhole to lock the jewelry box was also gnarled. I super glued the wooden pieces back in place and the seller offered a $20 discount. It's beautiful overall but for $200 I expected a nice build quality and this feels cheap.
Guter & schneller Kundenservice!
I had asked the seller if he could ship it ASAP and he did. It was packaged carefully and beautifully. I love this box. Very high-quality would order again.
This box is BEAUTIFUL! It is so well-made and smells amazing, as other reviews mentioned. I purchased this as an βurnβ of sorts for my dadβs ashes. Iβm so thrilled to have him gracing my living room without being obvious. I added the black tassle (from Amazon) as a decorative touch. Thank you so much! Very pleased to have this box on display on my shelves.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
Package arrived gift wrapped. When I gave the gift to the recipient the very first time she opened the box the wood was broken and as a result one of the hinges didnβt function. I reported this to the seller and they refused to do anything other than saying βsorryβ and suggested I find a carpenter to fix it.
This seller literally ripping me off.
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the damaged Thuya wood box. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Another beautiful addition to my collection from Yemma Goods. As usual the item showed up on time, as described and very well packed. I look forward to more purchases from this top rated vendor.
This is an absolutely beautiful box! Item arrived as described, on time and very well packed. Thanks
A beautiful box that is a showpiece as well as practical for storing jewelry (or other items).
Beautiful craftsmanship that far exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this box. Would have given 5 stars, but I later received an unexpected bill from FedEx for $11 to cover the customs fee for shipping from Morocco. Not a big deal, but would like to have known upfront.
The other reviews had me expecting a lot, and I was still stunned when I opened the package. Itβs gorgeous!
Beautiful!! Great craftsmanshipβ¦the person that is receiving it as a gift will love it!
Beautifully made and absolutely beautiful.
This is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful craftsmanship and elegant design
Box is outstanding, exactly as pictured. It is a birthday gift for my 16 year grandson. Everyone deserves their own treasure box, complete with a key. I only wish that you had a card enclosed which explained where the box was crafted, what the material of the box is. Inquiring minds like to know!!
Itβs a gift and I really havenβt seen it so I canβt really review it, but it looks very nice
They thought it was the greatest thing
Just a lovely jewelry box and a lovely person to deal with. Delayed Shipping was Fed Ex's fault only. Highly recco this person!
Absolutely gorgeous box, very well crafted, and good communication with the seller
Beautiful jewellery box well crafted seller knowledgeable. Love, recommend highly.
Absolutely gorgeous box! Thank you very much!
Beautiful, exceptional customer service and products, will purchase more, thank you
This box is absolutely gorgeous! It is well made and sturdy. A++++ seller!
This box is absolutely gorgeous! It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. I gave it to my niece for her bridal shower and she LOVED it. The box was shipped quickly, wrapped well, and smells incredible. I loved the box so much that I just had to order one for myself. The box is so well crafted and so beautiful that I truly believe it will become a family heirloom in the years to come!
The item is really beautiful!
The box is lovely, it did arrive slightly damaged on a corner. Customer service was seriously lacking.
Beautiful box - my husband loves it
