Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition you received it
- unused and unworn
- with any original tags if applicable
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind and there is no issue with the product or our service, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@yemmagoods.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items bought during a sale except if they arrive damaged.
Exchanges
We do accept direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we can process the exchange for the requested item, subject to availability.
Exchange shipping costs are subject to previous "Return Shipping" policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@yemmagoods.com
