Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods: Depending on product availability in our US or Moroccan Warehouses, we use 2 shipping methods:
    • UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics US : Ships from various warehousing facilities in USA and takes 2-5 business days. We use those 3 carriers for the majority of our order fulfillments. 
    • FedEx : Ships from Morocco and takes 3-5 business days to deliver; we use this method when a specific product is out of stock in our USA warehouse.(Rare case)
  • Shipping Costs: Depending on the order total, shipping costs are :

        * Order Total <= $35 : $9.90 shipping fee applies.

        * Order total > $35 : Free Shipping.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.*

Returns

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact our customer service team at contact@yemmagoods.com to start a return request with the support & instructions of our customer service team who will provide you with a prepaid return label.
    2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
    3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
    4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
    5. Once the item is returned to the address provided, we will then issue a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Yemma Goods.

         * Covered by Yemma Goods :  If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or an item that is significantly different from its description, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will gladly provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the item at no cost.

         * Covered by customer : However, if you simply change your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered it by mistake, the responsibility for return shipping costs will be yours. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it to avoid any unnecessary returns.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help! Simply reach out to our customer service team at contact@yemmagoods.com within [number] days of receiving your order and let us know what you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions on returning your original item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized Items can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or not properly personalized/customized.

Order cancellation

Orders cancelled before 24 hours will automatically cancelled and fully refunded and no fees are applicable.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 10% or maximum 20% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Defective Or Damaged Items :

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@yemmagoods.com We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund.
